To strengthen responsible supply chain practices, the company has established a “Supplier Management Procedure,”which includes written assessments, qualification evaluations, and performance reviews. All suppliers are required to sign the Supplier Code of Conduct, committing to compliance in the following key areas:

We invite all supply chain partners to join us in this commitment by acknowledging and implementing this Code of Conduct, with the shared goal of advancing sustainable development together.
This Code is based on the standards outlined in the Responsible Business Alliance Code of Conduct, and is structured around five key areas:(1) Labor、(2) Health and Safety、(3) Environmental Responsibility、(4) Business Ethics、(5) Management Systems

Labor
Suppliers shall respect the human rights of all workers and ensure they are treated with dignity. This applies to all forms of labor—both direct and indirect—including temporary, migrant, student, contract, and full-time employees. Suppliers are expected to strictly prohibit forced labor and child labor at any stage of production. Working hours must comply with local legal limits, and wages must meet or exceed all applicable compensation laws. Discrimination and harassment in any form are not tolerated, and all workers must be treated humanely and with respect. Furthermore, suppliers must recognize and uphold employees’ rights to freedom of association and collective bargaining.

Health and Safety
Suppliers shall recognize that, beyond minimizing the incidence of work-related injuries and illnesses, a safe and healthy working environment also helps improve the quality of products and services, ensures production stability, and boosts employee loyalty and morale. Continuous employee engagement and education are essential for identifying and addressing workplace health and safety risks.

Environmental Responsibility
Suppliers shall actively manage their environmental impacts to safeguard communities, ecosystems, and natural resources, while also protecting public health and safety. They are expected to obtain and maintain all necessary environmental permits and fulfill reporting obligations in accordance with applicable regulations. Suppliers should take measures to prevent pollution, enhance resource efficiency, and ensure the safe identification and disposal of hazardous substances and solid waste. They must also monitor and maintain the performance of air emissions control systems, comply with material restrictions, and responsibly manage water resources. In addition, suppliers should work toward reducing energy consumption and minimizing greenhouse gas emissions as part of their commitment to environmental sustainability.

Business Ethics
Suppliers shall operate with the highest standards of integrity and ethics to fulfill their social responsibilities. They are expected to conduct business fairly and honestly, with zero tolerance for corruption or the pursuit of improper advantages. All disclosures should be transparent and accurate. Suppliers must respect intellectual property rights and adhere to principles of fair competition and responsible marketing. They should also protect the identities of customers and strictly prohibit any form of retaliation. Responsible sourcing of minerals is required, as well as strong safeguards to ensure data privacy and information security.

Management Systems
Suppliers shall establish and maintain a management system that aligns with the principles of this Code of Conduct to ensure: (a) compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and customer requirements (b) support adherence to the standards outlined in the Code (c)identification and mitigation of relevant operational risks. Furthermore, the management system shall support and drive continuous improvement.
