Compensation and Benefits
According to Article 23 of the Corporate Charter, no less than 1% of annual profits shall be allocated as employee compensation. Of this, at least 10% must be distributed to frontline employees when the company is profitable. The company offers competitive compensation to attract, develop, and retain talent, while also rewarding high-performing and consistently contributing team members.
Our compensation strategy is based on market benchmarks, industry salary surveys, and comprehensive analysis of overall market competitiveness. Employee compensation includes base salary, bonuses, and profit-sharing, which are linked to both company performance and individual achievements.

Employee Training and Development
To enhance employee skills and professional growth, the company continuously provides diverse and comprehensive training opportunities. Each year, departments design training plans based on the company's strategic goals, departmental KPIs, and required competencies.
Our training system includes onboarding programs for new employees, professional skill development, and occupational safety and health training. In addition to internal courses, we also support external training to ensure employees receive appropriate development at different stages of their careers.
To promote a culture of continuous learning, the company subscribes to the online learning platform Hahow. A wide variety of courses are updated monthly, allowing employees to access flexible, interest-based learning resources at any time. We believe that by fostering continuous learning, we not only support personal growth but also enhance overall organizational performance.

01 New Employee Orientation
Onboarding sessions are held on the employee’s first day to introduce the company’s culture, organizational background, workplace policies, benefits, key guidelines, and office environment, helping new hires quickly integrate and understand the company.

Retirement System and Implementation
The company complies with the Labor Pension Act by contributing 6% of each employee’s monthly salary to their individual pension accounts. Employees may also make voluntary contributions to these accounts. In 2024, the total company contributions amounted to approximately NT$2.83 million.

Labor-Management Relations and Employee Rights Protection
To promote transparent and effective communication, the company has established multiple channels for employees to express their opinions and concerns. These include quarterly labor-management meetings, an employee suggestion box, and the employee welfare committee. Occupational Safety and Health Management

Training and Implementation
The company follows the Occupational Safety and Health Act, as well as the requirements set by clients and relevant industry bodies. We also respect stakeholder expectations regarding workplace safety, aiming to foster a healthy and positive work environment.

Workplace Environment Monitoring
To protect employees from exposure to hazardous substances and ensure a safe and comfortable working environment, the company conducts regular workplace environmental monitoring in office areas each year. For facilities involving radiation-related operations, daily safety inspections are performed. Additionally, we carry out periodic ambient radiation monitoring and manage personal radiation dosage to ensure employee safety and regulatory compliance.
